I really like the fare comparison chart. Just a quick note about SEPTA, though: the Newark (DE) station is 45 miles from Philadelphia, and still falls under the $181 monthly “Anywhere” pass. The only system that beats that on your chart is the Chicago Metra to Fox Lake.

I am the one who provides the raw materials for the on-line fare chart. Bob converts it. I left Newark, DE off since I wanted to stay as close as possible to 25 and 50 mile radii.
I also have an off-peak farechart in a similar format, not on-line yet. NJT is second highest, Conn-DOT being the worst. But then, their off-peak discounts can be further discounted on a per-ride basis by 10-trips and on-line ticket purchases, which can lop off another 20% or so. Of course, their off-peaks tickets can be had on a one way basis.
