The NJ-ARP Blog is designed to facilitate the expression of opinions regarding news and other issues involving public transit in New Jersey. As with many things in life, it comes with a set of rules:

  1. NJ-ARP is not responsible for the posts/comments on this blog. The opinions expressed in the blog are not necessarily those of NJ-ARP or its members.
  2. Visitors are encouraged to submit comments. In order to submit a comment, you must register on the site. Registration requires a valid e-mail address. Although we will not sell your e-mail address to third parties, we may contact you via e-mail regarding NJ-ARP activities, including solicitations for NJ-ARP membership. If this bothers you, please do not register.
  3. NJ-ARP reserves the right to edit and/or delete any comments for any reason (or for no reason at all). Profanity, personal attacks, off-topic comments, etc., will be deleted without warning. Violators may have their accounts deleted.
  4. Please do not post personal information such as addresses or phone numbers. NJ-ARP is not responsible for failure to edit/delete posts with personal information or offensive comments.
  5. By viewing the blog, you agree not to hold NJ-ARP responsible for any posts/comments, or any action or omission regarding posts/comments.
  6. NJ-ARP reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time and without notice.
