NOTE #1: Bridge inspection is planned.

NOTE #2: Conrail completed track improvements in 1998 of tie replacement and rail joint leveling, but welded rail should be considered because of the coal traffic.

NOTE #3: 1.25 acre in rural Camden County should not exceed $100,000

NOTE #4: Signal system need only control AC Line turnout and control trains entering the AC Line from the Hoboken dispatcher. Cost ~$200,000.

NOTE #5: Optional if plan can support. Improves Hammonton transfer by shortening the time between trains. 3,000 ft w/ two switches. Cost ~$500,000
